QCCL change was chartered in 2005. We are a group of dedicated women focused on making a positive impact in the Greater Cincinnati area. With a strong emphasis on education, the arts and health-related issues, we strive to empower our community and promote cultural and international awareness.
Founded in 1946, The Links, Incorporated is an organization dedicated to empowering African-American women through civic and cultural programs. With over 17,000 members, it has supported groups like the NAACP and the United Negro College Fund.
